Your holiday is probably one of your most expensive annual purchases, and it helps to know that your money is safe. When you book a holiday with us, you can rest assured, that your money will remain safe, even in the event of our insolvency. Customers expect the travel companies they deal with to have the highest standards of business practice and accountability. For this reason we are registered or affiliated with the following organisations:

	ABTA – Selsdon Travel Ltd is a Member of ABTA with membership number W9190. ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. 	ATOL - We hold an ATOL licence (3994) which means that your money is safe when you buy an ATOL protected air holiday or flight from us. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
	IATA - Finally, we are accredited by IATA (the International Air Transport Authority). This allows us to act as an agent for the worlds leading airlines, and issue travel documents on their behalf. Additionally, any IATA published fare ticket issued by us is guaranteed by the airline in the event of our failure.
