We operate destination specific websites for each destination we feature, each providing users with vast destination content, rich hotel descriptions and a holiday builder tool. This model continues to prove extremely successful, and the company is now investing in the development of new techonology which will build upon the success we have already enjoyed.
Finally, unlike most travel companies, we don’t believe working in this industry should just be about the travel perks, making employees sacrifice a decent wage for a few free holidays a year. We believe in rewarding our staff for the instrumental contribution they make to the company’s success. As such, our reservations staff earn some of the best wage packages in the industry, and whist a large amount of the remuneration package is made up of bonuses and commission, our staff never have to work more than 40 hours a week to enjoy the high levels of income they receive.
