Palm thatched Villas sweep across the beach and float above one of the largest lagoons of the island in a graceful arc. Each lagoon villa is a secluded oasis of luxury in the midst of nature. Each has a private sundeck leading out to the lagoon, and a few offer the choice between a dip in the sea and a swim in your own pool. For those who are not at home at sea, there are sprawling 2-level beach villas, with their private sit-outs, exclusive courtyard, oversized plunge pool, tropical outdoor shower, private spa treatment room, and an overhead balcony that opens out to the ocean.

| Taj Exotica Maldives will be renovating the Deluxe Lagoon Villas from 20th June-30th September 2008. 21 Villas will have plunge pools added as an extra facility to provide added privacy to these rooms. A detailed plan has been put in place to ensure guests in other areas of the resort are not disturbed. |
